Pour garantir votre sécurité nous avons mis en place les dispositifs suivants :
- Le port du masque obligatoire.
- Le respect des distanciations sociales.
- De multiples désinfections par jour.
- La mise à disposition de gel hydroalcoolique.
- La réduction de contacts au minimum.
L'accès au magasin sera-t-il limité à un nombre de personnes ?
Votre sécurité passe avant tout, c'est pourquoi la capacité d'accueil de nos bijouteries a été temporairement réduite afin de garantir le respect de la distanciation sociale.
Pourrais-je essayer des bijoux en magasin ?
Nous souhaitons vous apporter entière satisfaction, aussi après une désinfection des bijoux et de vos mains, un essayage sera possible.

Pass sanitaire
Dois-je présenter un pass sanitaire à l'entrée du magasin ?
Suite aux dernières annonces gouvernementales, le pass sanitaire vous sera demandé à l’entrée de certains centres commerciaux pour accéder à nos bijouteries Agatha.

Do you provide ear percing services?
Absolutely ! You can find the closest AGATHA shop offering the ear percing service on the store locator. You can come without appointment. We only pierce the lobe. After the appointment, a cleaning lotion will be given to you, as well as some advices for a good healing.
What is the price for the ear percing services?
"At Agatha's, we offer ear percing services from 15€! As a garanti guarantee of quality, we pierce with sterilized gold earings (9 carats) or with surgical steel."
Should we book an appointment to pierce our ears?
You don't have to book an appointment, just show up in one of our shops and we will take care of the rest!
Whats means of payments are accepted in your shops?
In our shops, you can pay with a credit card, a loyalty check, a bank check or with cash.
At what time do Agatha shops open and close?

Where can I track the progress of my delivery?
You can follow your order in the "my purchase" section of your personal account on Agatha.com, then click on the link "follow my order".
You can also click on the order number after reception of the shipment e-mail.
You will be then redirected to the website of the delivery company.
On this website, you will be able to see the progress of your order : "in preparation", "shipped", "delivered".
How can I order a jewel on your website?
When you add one or more pieces of jewellery or accessories to your basket, you can then click on "view my basket" or find your basket directly from your customer account.
You must click on "I validate my basket" to place an order.
1) Identify yourself
You can identify yourself before placing your order to obtain your loyalty points. To do so, enter your login and password in the "I already have an account on the site" section. If you don't have an account yet, don't hesitate to click on ""Create an account"", it will make your future purchases easier. Finally, this step is not compulsory, you can order without logging in, to do so click on "continue without registering".
2) Delivery
First of all, you will have to choose a country of delivery in the list.
Then, you will be able to check the delivery method you want:
- Standard home delivery in France SoColissimo
- Express delivery France 24H Chronopost
Then, you will have to indicate your personal information, your delivery address and billing address if they are different.
You also have the possibility to specify if this purchase is a gift, and, if it is the case, you will be able to add a message in your order.
3) Payment
You have the choice between different payment methods: credit card or Paypal.
Make your choice and enter your payment information to pay and access your order confirmation.
Once the payment is validated, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail.
Can I order on your website without creating a client account?
It is possible but not encouraged to order without creating an account. Indeed, creating an account allow you to access all of your previous purchases, your returned items and your favorite items and shops. You can also follow the amount of loyalty points you collect
Where can I find my bill of purchase ?
Histoire d'or FAQ Histoire d'or FAQ 100% 10 B21 You can access your bill of purchase and download it in your account on Agatha.fr! It won't be included in your package.
Can I have a gift wrap for my jewel?
All of our jewels are considered to be gifts, that's why they all are delivered with a case and an Agatha bag! You can choose to add a personal message when ordering, for the person who receives your gift.
Can I add a private message in my order?
VAbsolutely! You will just need to specify that request while ordering, during the "delivery" step.
Can I buy a jewel without knowing my size?
Do not worry, you absolutely can buy a jewel and return it in the next 30 days after reception of the item.
How can I modify or cancel my order?
You unfortunately cannot cancel or modify your order after paying it. Otherwise, you can order another time after having returned the first one.
How can I track the delivery of my order?
When shipped, you will received an e-mail of confirmation. You will then have the tracking number of your order.
You can track the delivery by clicking on the tracking number.
Or, you could connect to your online account and find the number in "my purchases":
- Statut "Preparing" : your order is being prepared by our logistics team. The shipment company does not have it yet.
- Statut "Shipped" : your order is being processed by the shipment company.
- Statut "Delivered" : You order was delivered.
My order is "delivered" on Agatha.com but I did not received it, what can I do?

Can I request a delivery at another adress than mine?
Absolutely! You can request a delivery at another adress!
What are the different options of delivery?
Our different options of delivery are the following:
- Standard home delivery in France SoColissimo
- Standard delivery France in a Relay Point with Mondial Relais
- Express delivery France 24H Chronopost
- SoColissimo Europe delivery
What is the process to return an order?
Do not worry, if you don't like your jewel, you can alway exchange it (only in stores) or getting refunded after 30 days.
To do so, you must declare your return by logging into your "My Account" section and clicking on "My Purchases". Then select the order you wish to return and click on the "Make a return" button. You can then indicate which items you wish to return.

The products must be returned in their original packaging, with their label and any accessories, in perfect condition for resale. They must not be used, washed or damaged.

What are the conditionsto return your jewelry?
Your jewel must be new in its original packaging, unworn (no damage or alteration) and free of any inscription or personalized engraving.
When will-i get my money back?
If your package meets the conditions of return, Agatha will refund the total amount of your order, excluding return postage
What are the reimbursement methods?
The refund will be made to the payment method you used in the first instance.
- If you paid with a credit card, you will be re-credited to your bank account.
- If you paid with your Paypal account, you will be reimbursed on it.
- If you have paid with a credit or are returning a gift, you will be reimbursed with an online credit

I still haven't received my refund after returning my items, is this normal?
Don't worry, the refund process is triggered when your item arrives at the warehouse, it may take a few days.
How long does it take to exchange or return my items?
For your greatest joy, returns are possible up to 30 days after receipt of your order

Credit notes are valid for 1 year from the date of issue.

If you already have an account, log in and enjoy the private sales.

How can I use the loyalty points I collected in shops on the website?

No, you don't earn loyalty points by buying products on special offers or sale.
